Notes

• Physical status - space is still there, survived the cold snap. lasers still work. problem with the table saw.
• Financial status - current bank balance £20k.
• DA has spoken to Stuart.
• We need to do something about the future of the space, we aren't likely to be able to generate the £2k a month to stay where we are.
• Re-opening
  • in step 2 (not before 12 April) opening as we did in summer 2020
  • in step 3 (not before ) opening up to new members. to be clarified when more details have been announced.
• Marketing / New members
  • potential for a craft group / craft business venture with HA. this should be encouraged.
• Future Strategy
  • DA is exploring various opportunities.
  • Where do we want to be? is town centre location important?

• DA to publicise this on FB.
• DA to have a word with HA about craft group
• SC to enter meter readings
• TE to investigate ICO bill

• Next meeting on 29th April - discuss next opening stage, future plans and inductions.
