Agenda

Openday Retrospective
- At least 5 new members
- Should arrange a new members day after the event to manage new member intake
- Consistent opening times on pubilcity
- Advertise earlier
- New connections - Rotary, Felixstowe Mens shed, Ian Buxton
- Handouts about the Makerspace and how to join
- Less cat gifs on the makerspace twitter!
Physical security
- Looking into pre built cctv solution
- possibly project for next quarter - build new entrance and switch emergency door
Workshop
- Sanding has been a problem, need to sort general air filtration and dust extraction
3D Printer booking
- Use facebook page instead of form which isn't really used.
Access to membership system
- Need some access to membership system
- Need to get better at collecting money from people
Rota
- Its OK to have multiple names for each opening.
- AL happy to run laser workshop. possibly Christmas themed.
Metalworking
- Need to get the machines into a state where people can use them.
- possibly use a curtain for seperation
- look into purchasing a linisher.
Group projects
- Anyone can start one.
- We do have a projects list on the wiki.
Wood donation offer
- Could we collaborate on a project?
- We should go and see whats on offer.
